Airopack

Background

Complete (and first in the World!) high-tech manufacturing facility for air pressurized dispensers made of recycled PET (production capacity > 50mio bottles yearly).

Equipment highlights

Injection molding machines (ARBURG ALLROUNDER, HUSKY), blow molding machines (KRONES Contiform), dry installation & granulate arrangement (HUSKY / PLASTIC SYSTEMS) and granulate arrangement (GENIUS).

Transaction

Together with partners Platinum Invest and Axiom this facility was recovered from a bankruptcy scenario with the purpose of direct ongoing business, restructuring and further investments in global product development (buy and build strategy). After extensive market analysis, the production was outsourced and the assets were sold.

Procedure

PIPM using its very extensive international network of buyers, intelligent remarketing tools within this sector and network of dismantling and international transport partners, sold all the assets within term and respected the tight timeframes of the owner of the real estate.

Result

PIPM and Axiom Partners successfully transfer Airopack production facilities to Goraja BV.
