Background

This subsidiary of a large food group which produced and supplied sandwiches and meals to airlines, railway companies but also to large retailers has been liquidated.

Equipment highlights

The assets included complete manufacturing lines, bread ovens, kneading machines as well as numerous agro-food equipment (manufacturing, packaging, etc.).

Transaction

PIPM bought all the equipment through a court.

Procedure

The project was completed in less than 3 months, and all the assets were sold around the world.

Result

The industrial site was returned empty, swept and clean to the owner.
