Teewes Printing House
Teewes Printers in Almere, founded in Amsterdam in 1931, specialised in the design and production of printed materials for trade fairs and conferences. Teewes was one of the first companies to establish itself in Almere and was one of the founders of Mediaplaza, a cooperative of various companies specialised in communication. Teewes himself broadened his range with design and ‘sign’ productions.
However, prices had been under pressure for a long time and the complete shutdown of the events sector due to coronavirus measures has killed off Almere’s printing business.
The company had printing machines including 4 and 2 colour offset presses and a complete line of processing machines. In good cooperation with the former owner and the trustee, PIPM sold all assets and the premises were handed over clean within three months.
