Background

This subsidiary belonged to a major player in the electronics sector that was declared bankrupt. The assets of the 11,000 m² plant in Montceau-Les-Mines were up for sale.

Equipment highlights

It is a production unit of electronic cards, including production lines, remelting furnaces as well as test equipment.

Transaction

PIPM bought all the materials as part of the collective procedure.

Procedure

The project was successfully completed within four months, in total more than 800 assets were sold worldwide.

Result

The premises were again emptied, swept and cleaned and handed over to the owner of the site.
