This well-known supplier to the automobile industry decided to close its factory for metal and plastic parts right next to Lake Constance. It employed 90 people. PIPM bought all the equipment and concluded a contract to empty the building, including all the pipes that ran through it and the removal of the transformer station.
The factory produced parts such as switches and panels for middle and top-of-the-range cars. Its main assets were injection moulding machines, machining centres for metalworking, presses and furnaces.
Within 5 months, we sold the 400 assets, removed all the pipes and delivered the facility completely swept and cleaned.
