Background

This well-known supplier to the automobile industry decided to close its factory for metal and plastic parts right next to Lake Constance. It employed 90 people. The factory produced parts such as switches and panels for middle and top-of-the-range cars.

Equipment highlights

Its main assets were injection moulding machines, machining centres for metalworking, presses and furnaces.

Transaction

PIPM bought all the equipment and concluded a contract to empty the building, including all the pipes that ran through it and the removal of the transformer station.

Procedure

Within 5 months, PIPM sold the 400 assets.

Result

The facility was delivered completely swept and cleaned.
