Background

The firm, renowned for road construction and maintenance in north-west Italy with headquarters in Montanera (CN) and Grugliasco (TO) had entered into a financial crisis which led to the bankruptcy in 2021.

Equipment highlights

Recent and well-maintained rolling stock as well as soil moving and road construction equipment of well-known brands.

Transaction

The Tribunal of Cuneo therefore put all the movable assets of the firm for sale. The complete assets of the Montanera plant with approx. 35,000 m² formerly employing a staff of 75 people were bought by PIPM at a collective auction.

Procedure

The project was successfully completed within three months, in total more than 300 valuable assets were sold worldwide.

Result

The premises were emptied quickly and have been delivered back to the Tribunal swept and cleaned.
