MTA Metalltechnologie Aurich
MTA Metalltechnologie Aurich GmbH was a supplier in the wind energy sector and manufactured various parts for wind turbines. Since the end of 2007, nacelle coverings made of aluminium, as well as cast iron and steel components have been machined there. The product range included generator rings, stator covers, as well as ready-to-install machined and painted castings. In the course of consolidation and restructuring, production was discontinued.
The assets consisted of metal working machines from famous brands such as SEIGER, JUARISTI, TOS VARNSDORF and welding robots from SEVERT.
PIPM submitted the best purchase offer for the surplus assets and was thus awarded the contract.
PIPM using its very extensive international network of buyers, intelligent remarketing tools within this sector and network of dismantling and international transport partners, sold all the assets within a short term and respected the tight timeframes set by the owner of the real estate.
The project was successfully completed with the clearance of the factory within the agreed deadlines.
