Background

This old and well-known company produced fruit juice and concentrate and went bankrupt with about 25 employees.

Equipment highlights

The main assets were related to food production, such as the concentration unit, a big press, a modern fruit recipient, a separator and a lot of tanks, pumps and filling machines which were installed in narrow factory halls with pipes running between all these areas.

Transaction

PIPM purchased all the production equipment directly from the owner and agreed to a total site clearance including three big tank storages which required wall openings.

Procedure

Fruit juice producers from far away bought all the equipment.

Result

The real estate was given back after the removal of all production related equipment running all over the company terrain as is normal in chemical process companies.
