Woodworking
Arti ’70
Background
Arti ‘ 70 started in 1970, specialising in designing and building stands for trade fairs at home and abroad. The company took care of concepts, designs, constructions, transport, and storage of fair stands. Due to the measures concerning Covid-19, these activities came to an abrupt end. Despite support measures from the government, this company could unfortunately not be continued.
Equipment highlights
The woodworking company had a number of specific large woodworking machines, including CNC horizontal panel cutting machines, format saws, many small (hand) tools, a large stock of exhibition materials, and a fleet of trucks and cars.
Transaction
The trustee was looking for a reliable and pro active project management company to take over all the movable assets at market value and to empty and clear the property in a very short time all in 1 deal. PIPM purchased all movable assets and agreed to the strict additional and timeframe conditions set by the trustee.
Procedure
We successfully sold all assets within three months.
Result
In close cooperation with the trustee and the employees, the company was handed over to the landlord within three months, clean and tidy.
