Transaction

PIPM bought all the redundant assets, which were located in different buildings and laboratory areas. The client wanted as little external traffic as possible on the company premises, so PIPM organised the dismantling, packaging and transport of the assets.

Procedure

The project was successfully completed in 4 months and 450 assets were sold worldwide.

The property was handed back completely empty and broom clean within 4 months to full satisfaction of all parties involved.
