Background

The Austrian parent company decided to close down the production site in Germany due to other production capacity in the group and was looking for a buyer for all the equipment and being able to execute the complete dismantling and site clearance.

Equipment highlights

The main assets were a large quantity of weaving machines of different brands, years and working widths, modern warp machines, sizing machines and fabric inspection machines and a better quantity of compressors.

Transaction

PIPM purchased all the production equipment directly from the owner and agreed a total site clearance.

Procedure

The project was successfully executed and the machines were sold to countries in Asia and America. The coordinated dismantling and loading was controlled and organized by PIPM.

Result

The real estate was handed over in proper condition.
