Woodworking
ESBI Huis
Background
Esbi Huis B.V. was a building company from Vroomshoop in Twente, which for more than 35 years has specialised in building villas, semi-detached and detached houses, starter homes, barn homes and holiday homes, among other things. The bankruptcy was caused, among other things, by increased purchase prices (while projects were already contracted) and the consequences of the nitrogen crisis (which led to a standstill in work). The consequences of Covid-19 came on top of this.
Equipment highlights
The company had a complete production line for wall and roof elements, cross-cut circular saws and a wide range of woodworking machines, rolling stock and other supplies.
Transaction
The insolvency administration was looking for a reliable and pro active project management company to take over all the movable assets at market value and to empty and clear the property in a very short time all in 1 deal. PIPM purchased all movable assets and agreed to the strict additional and timeframe conditions set by the insolvency administration.
Procedure
PIPM using its very extensive international network of buyers, intelligent remarketing tools within this sector and network of dismantling and international transport partners, sold all the assets within a short term and respected the tight timeframes set by the insolvency administration and the owner of the real estate.
Result
The property was handed back completely empty and broom clean 3 months to full satisfaction of all parties involved.
